These are very wise words from Beaza, at bottom.... Please please please, do not try and pick the exact bottom, too many people have been doing that (saying "they are so cheap") for the past $1.50 lower.
Wait for signs that some of the words from management have been turned into action, you will have so many opportunities at levels like mid .40's where underwriters sit on a lot of inventory.
Thus far NONE of the data releases (008, MRI etc etc) have mattered to the share price and I do not see that changing now, it all has to do with the survival of the company and they are in the intensive care unit right now.
