You need to accept that PR will never hire anyone other than where he can continue to retain full control. While they may not be entirely his puppets they will be moved on if incongruent. Sounds harsh but probably more realistic than most will be willing to acknowledge.
So we have a CEO, MD and Chair that has a career marred by shareholder destruction. We're therefore betting on him redeeming himself.
