Has anyone received their Par stock yet?

They were supposed to be issued today but I don't have them showing in my trading account yet. It's quite possible that it's US time that they are issued and it may take a while for each broker to update accounts.

Par has confirmed in the below forms they have issued 2,163,393 shares to Task shareholders and paid out US$131.5 million in cash, of which US$90m was paid for with a new debt facility.
