2017 Base Camp Good on you Mozz.
My wife and I did ABC in 2016. I am 69 now and we did very little training. She got altitude sickness at the last stop. But fortunately other hikers were medical people and gave her some pills to help. Lovely walk. We did it slowly. normally takes 4 or 5 days. we took 11. Stopped and supped and relaxed.
recommend it to all.
We travelled to Nepal with 7 kgs. and bought what we needed there.
