Flummoxedtrader - yeah my love for it kinda comes through on some days *grins*...they say it's not great to fall in love with stocks, that's why I need all you guys to bring stuff to the table that you hear...good or bad. Rae915 - I found it tough! After we got back down...about 3 days later I was sore as...like I had pulled a muscle in my calf. Took a few weeks to get over it from memory but it did wonders for my overall fitness...there is something about when you get back, as your lungs have adjusted to the lack of O2 - your fitness levels increase markedly for a couple of weeks when you are closer to sea level - did you notice it? It's a big thing these days with athletes training in lower levels of Oxygen to give them that edge.
