If Par didnt have a founder like this and recruited from market, a CEO, yes the COE is motivated etc but they are more driven on getting the best short term to medium term result, usually for himself/herself. In this case Paul has built it up, he has been there from inception, its his baby, he is the biggest share holder, he has a vested interest and from the evidence so far he isnt selling. He'd rather do NO deal and NO sell-out to a big Phrama (he has been approached by them already) and source funds from within though its a more difficult and time consuming path. He seems very approachable and down to earth...looking forward to meeting him later this year. In my opinion it sounds like we are in good hands.
