An "outrageous amount of cash" would be prob 80% more than the current sp....ie $1.34 plus 80% = $2.41...If I had a say in the matter I would rather wait 3 to 5 years and get paid $35 a share plus. A buy out at $2.41 would be $456 Million of cash from the purchasing company.
