If I am reading it correctly they might not even do the split yet.
It said something like the board now has the right to do it but they don't have to.
Maybe it was all because of the price being under $1 for a while and Nasdaq threatening to delist them.
That threat seems to have passed with all the production startups going smoothly to this point.
We will have to wait and see.
As far as the price dropping like a stone I am not sure but i would have thought they would still be referenced to the US price
