The comment in the June quarterly states the following:

"Daily silver production of 2,500 to 3,000oz achieved over the past week, with commercial production rates expected to be achieved during Q3, 2012."

Firstly production was let's say 2,750 rather than the 3,000oz per day that you stated. Secondly this production was for a week whereas commercial production I would assume is a baseline rate over an extended period of time rather than during start up.
