Other than being able to get a Parachute, harness, gear onto plane as carry on luggage in the first place. I think even the most expensive light weight pro skydive packages weigh in at plus 10kg, not to mention actual size/weight of carry on luggage limits..
Size of a 777 airframe make it almost impossible to skydive from, exit side doors over 100kph you will likely hit structure of the aircraft.
To exit an aircraft at 250-350kph would require a rear door, like a C130 Hercules.
Also consider the slowest possible speed a Boeign 777 can still reaming flying is approx 180kph minimum weight (no pax/cargo/minimum fuel) and with flaps fully down.
Even then the aircraft would be on verge of stalling, stick shaker would be active, and automated safety systems would attmept to recover airspeed.
