what you would need to do to exit a 777 at altitude
1. know exactly where in the cargo they packed your gear, because commercial carriers will generally frown upon anyone taking a rig on as hand luggage, for obvious reasons.
2. disable all flight staff so that you can get to your rig and bail out oxygen.
3. get back up inside the plane, enter the cockpit somehow and disable the pilots so you can open the cargo doors AND slow the plane down to stall speed so that you can somehow clear the wing and engine on exit.
4. presuming the entire plane hasn't been torn to shreds by now, somehow safely get back down to the hull
5. perfectly time your exit as the plane flat spins back to earth so that you don't get taken out on exit.
