Yes, I think the IP is actually a bit more solid than my initial concerns led me to think, as the window for challenging the initial patent is now probably closed, so to challenge at this point you'd need to have something on the market yourself, and get an patent infringement notice from the patent holder, and then argue that the initial patent was wrongly granted, and should be revoked, and so on.......would probably take years to resolve once everyone started appealing the decision, and so on......in the meantime Zilosul would be on the market, and front of mind for GPs, etc..

On a separate issue; 'Arthritis Australia' is 'the peak body for arthritis in Australia, and has a pretty decent and comprehensive website, ditto for Arthritis.org in the USA. No reference at all to Pentosan on either of those sites; just wondering why - any ideas?
