They know that they have a reasonable window here (50-60 days) where the IND is not an issue. They went into the IND announcement without having closed out so must-have had an inkling it would be delayed.
I'm looking for an announcement of first revenues, another drug for repurposing or a left field announcement to break the negative feedback loop we are in currently.
