I think that's SAS for OA stopped some time ago as you mention, so that we wouldn't be effectively robbing potential candidates for 002 recruitment for example.
RRV SAS still continues. This was also inferred on the news articles last night, you can go to any Doc and apply for it. Out of pocket of course.
