So can you explain to us all how you or any big pharma would work around Paradigm's patent for the treatment of BME with pps, when BME appears in nearly all serious cases of OA?
This debate has been discussed before at length in these forums, that's why the post refers to a US patent office decision that is almost two years old. Surprise!
