Yes. We own the Ghosh patent. True as we go along the development pipeline we will add new patents. This will be particularly try for information obtained in the 008 study.
Some patents will succeed other fail. Just important to keep lodging along the way. No doubt the more patents we get the better.
Bene deal not conditional on our patents as far as I am aware. It is conditional on a successful Phase 3 trails and maybe sales hurdles in the future.
