Does anyone actually looked into the filed documents and thoroughly read details in these files?
why the patent has been rejected? I can see some claims are rejected because it is unpatentable over Ghosh, while we have Ghosh's patent, don't we?
I think we need someone good at research to look into the details of these docs. Maybe @Mozzarc can help? Thank you!
