As far as a take over is concerned . I'm definitely not an expert in the field , although I would have thought that there are enough key shareholders with large enough holdings to block a forced take over or special resolution. I would imagine these are people who have intimate knowledge of the true and likely future value of their investment and would not be easy swayed because a few percent of the company has traded for a unreasonably low price .
