Thanks for that PickEm, I have a much better understanding of how the mTOR pathway operate. I have read it three times so far and listened to soundcloud (post 45652108) twice.

I keep stumbling on this 2/ 80%. Having listened to David many times, if he says 80% he means 80%. He will have sound reasoning for not choosing 70% or 90%. If I close my eyes and remove 80% from the high mammal neoplasia rate, (100%-80%) x 26 ... it drops it to 5.2% ...nearly all the way down to amphibians.

I have looked up mammal neoplasia rate and have a basic understanding but I cannot grasp (100%-80%)x26.... it drops it to 5.2%. If I understand it correctly the neoplasia rate is about 2%.

I am sure it won't belong before MPL is shoved in front of them.
