    As far as I'm aware, no one else has an mTOR hack with indications close to monepantel. A general mTOR inhibitor (ok), but remarkably it seems to be target cancer cells, presumably by specifically turning down mTOR only in cancer cells to below comfortable limits. Aww yes, and we also don't ablate the immune system.

    Despite knowing all that, I lost interest for a while. After much research I had to agree with Dr Azra Razahttps://www.preposterousuniverse.com/podcast/2019/12/16/77-azra-raza-on-the-way-we-should-fight-cancer/
    (from 5 minutes, long but some gems in here)

    A remarkable women, doctor and researcher. Basically I agree with her that most "targeted" cancer drugs are near failures, with very a few exceptions. A patient can switch from one failing one to the next to extend gains. Still huge money to be made in them, but I lost interest.

    Then I learned of adaptive cell therapy.
