You'll be waiting a very long time for ASIC to move on anything. You mentioned DCN, remember Rohan Williams talking it all up right to the very point of dumping a large chunk of shares, just before releasing the shocker announcement on guidance that all but began the end of DCN.
In all fairness to Rohan, he had no idea that production wasn't measuring up.
