    BTW, I filed a case with ASIC on the matter. I provided the announcements that related to share trading and the guidance and asked ASIC to investigate it because as CEO it was very difficult to believe that RW didn't know that guidance would never be met. And not just not met, it was a disaster.
    I got the usual reply a few weeks later about nothing untoward found.
    They went after Rivkin for a few hundred dollars however because he ruffled the wrong feathers.
