Hi Anne Don't post much ,but I try to read all posts . Now something that av joe wrote about shorting and capital raising stimulated some of my decaying brain cells. This is where it lead my thinking re cap raise ,we are waiting on an announcement about the LG chem plant ( LG stated they where staring construction in april ). If PLS joins in this joint venture how are they going to finance it? Debt , from where? Cap raise , this could be why we are being heavily shorted at the moment . Could the shorters be betting on this outcome (same as when we were pushed down to .35c )? I would appreciate every ones ideas on this possibility . tia
