    Seriously mate you need to get out and smell the roses. There's not a lot the government tells you these days that comes true. You don't need a university professor to tell you that. Governments certainly don't prepare us well for 'unforeseen' crises yet we certainly pay for when they get it all wrong. Is it any wonder people actually get to thinking to try and figure out what the future holds. If that's what being paranoid is then I'm certainly guilty.

    People look at 'conspiracy theories' in an attempt to defend themselves and their family's future because the perils of relying on Government and doing nothing are evident all through Europe, America, Japan etc etc. There's rubbish out there but everything must be considered on its merit.

    Gold rallies because it doesn't believe in the global economy and governments driving it. Maybe gold is paranoid as well?
