And yet ALL those things have come into being since 9/11 based on the premise that the 'ebil terrists' are everywhere and only Big Brother, errm, the U.S. Government can protect you.
I doubt even you are that oblivious as to try and deny the reality of life in the police state. All you can do is justify (to yourself) these invasive procedures and then by extension, because that's what you 'beleive' then that's what you constantly try to defend.
