    If you can believe the numbers on this wave chart (which remain experimental.... for now)

    This little zone (flag) is absorbing supply, the two numbers circled indicate 'efforts' to the downside...that have potentially failed to take it lower.
    Check out how far waves with similar values have moved....
    and also note that both waves are relatively shallow in their angle lower.
