My opinnion. The only value this report provided for me was that I was not quite sure what was better for teh trust. Increasing Yen or Increasing AUD. THen logically thinking about it. dollars come back here so increasing AUD is good.

This 40 odd million of hedingthat is out of teh moey will likely be reduced further if the AUD goes upagainst the Yen which I believe it will.Presently this aspect appears positive for AREITS in general that have properties overseas. i.e. just about all of them.
