tonym . . . . I don't see that location is really the issue. It is after all just a 24hr pick up point. IMO the traffic will be determined by how successfully the concept is marketed by the sender or logistics people.
Out of the way of traffic with parking might be a good start. . . . . so long as it's relatively central to the masses that use it. If that means a few mor banks of lockers then the trials will determine the feasibility of same.
