As shown by Zonalds post above, NICNAS has had a review on how they treat some nanomaterials as these were previously exempt from requiring to gain approval.

Does it really matter now, Parchem has started the process of obtaining the approvals required and have gained the approval for 3t of CNT to be sold in Australia.
