EDE announced the shipment to Parchem on 11 July. On the same day, they also announced NTPEP “approval” LOL....lol because EDE had to correct the announcement after NTPEP told them that it wasn’t an approval.
On 10 July, EDE closed at 4.2c. Following the above 2 announcement, EDE rose over the following days to trade as high as 6.8c. Approx. 4 weeks after the announcement on 11 July, EDE announced the SPP which was subsequently undersubscribed.
What have we learnt about those 2 announcements on 11 July? A lot, I hope.
Both announcements pushed the SP up considerably ahead of the SPP announcement. And more announcements flooded in during the SPP.
