Hopefully the good news is that the Banks will continue to support BNB and will now effectively be 'in control' in an Equity Swap sense. Not good news if you are a BNB shareholders and there will be huge dilution as a result of the swap.
Doesn't directly affect BBP but had BNB gone the way of Allco and appointed Receivers etc, the BBP share price would have got hammered 'by association'.
