    BBIPL (pronounced bi'pple - rhyming with nipple) ... the operating unit, is not.

    BBI management contracts are run out of a still trading subsidiary of BBIPL.

    The Liquidator is going after the directors. With any luck at all, a few bankers will be caught up in the circus.
