The politicians are all over the place. One minute is lone wolves (clue: no its not), next minute its WAR! (clue: against whom?).

What it is: incompetence and political foolishness. They won't / can't admit the problem so they lurch from one stupid decision to another.

When he says that this was organised from abroad, he doesn't say that 1000 French citizens when went abroad to do the organising !
