For all the back and forth on whether the company has made a massive error in taking up PE or not it seems some are forgetting that FAR did want to consider PE but didn't have all the information. The way some are carrying on you would think they expect FAR should've taken it up regardless. There was obviously something about the notification that meant they were not in a position to and they requested more info that was not forthcoming. I find it hard to believe that some people think they should have gone ahead blindly. As far as I can tell, FAR have done everything they could to resolve it and you can't blame them if it doesn't fall their way. Just remember the world isn't fair and you don't always get justice. But at least they're trying and that's all you can ask
