yeah, I've been quite strict on reserve NPV and production based on historical events. I dont want to include anything from Glau until they book something.
For NSA, as an example I get around $0.10cps NPV (depending on the discount). I have not 'risked' it, as the reserve is there. I have only used PDP. If I was to extend to PUD I'd get roughly $0.20cps (double). If I extend to 2P I get roughly $0.70cps. But I'd have to introduce risking for it to make sense. This is why I think these assets are largely flying under the radar.
Its only a matter of time before people wake up to this. Having said this, the proof is in the pudding, so I await confirmation from quarterly.
