10c support collapse with the crude oil price being less than $40/b now, paris valley may be a hope however it's just the very begining, how much fund does SAE need?
SAE reduced production, so the operating cost/b soar, but heavy oil price drop below $25 now. Looks like SAE will stop production in short term.
See what the OPEC will do. Avoid in short term.
