Bronte Howson Ex CEO of ahg recently come on board, some good management in place. Believe will be a 5 mill raise. Bryant Mclarty who did same with HZR and head of corporate advisory at Mac will also take a seat on the board.
Bronze knows this market aswell as anyone and wouldn't have bothered unless this has some legs, he has all the contacts to roll these out.
Former car dealership boss Bronte Howson has not wasted any time in building a portfolio of directorships to support his retirement, emerging on the boards of two aspiring Perth listings rattling the tin.
Mr Howson, who stepped down as chief executive of Automotive Holdings Group at the end of December, is to become a director of Fremantle Octopus, which is now raising $5 million in pre-float capital, and is chairman-designate of Parkd, a specialised building company with a line in flatpack carparks.
Parkd’s other directors include chief executive and structural engineer Peter McUtchen and Bryant McLarty, the head of corporate advisory firm Mac Equity Partners.
Supposedly similar businesses overseas have performed extremely well.
