It is backed by Nick Leslau and Nigel Wray, who have made multi-million-pound fortunes in the property sector and stock market, and will invest in environmental services and technologies that can be used to clean up waste.

Delays hit IPO numbers
LONDON (ShareCast) - After a number of late withdrawals it ended up being one of the quietest weeks for months for London's IPO market.Household goods retailer Homebuy and alternative energy investor Vert-Eco both put their floats back by one week, while utility investments business Augean is still mulling over a fresh date for its IPO.
