That post lacks logic Kruiser.

Facts:

1) Parker Range is not Cazaly's only asset.

2) On successful completion of this deal there is a significant cash input into the company and dividends that far exceed the existing share price.

3) In the event that the deal does not proceed Cazaly will retain ownership of Parker Range (as well as it's other interests) leaving significant upside for the future development of Parker Range or sale of this asset to other parties.

Given the above it is absurd to suggest that NM has divested the company of all it's assets for nil return.
