good for you, I hold a lot too and am certainly not happy with my investment given the share price has gone backwards significantly over the last 12 months. Sure there is some frustration in my posts but for good reason IMO

1. What other assets does CAZ have? they have repeatedly told the market they are selling off all their non core assets to focus on Parker Range (which is a good move if thats what they actually do but that has certainly not been the case), but now that is on the chopping block too, whats left (that they control)?

2. CAZ Is unlikely to trade at deal value even if the deal goes through as firstly the market generally doesnt trust management to spend the money wisely unless they have a proven track record of building value, unfortunately CAZ management dont have that track record so it will trade at a discount. Secondly the offer is basically conditional on getting everything in place to bring the asset into production. Given the NPV (in todays dollars) is close to $400m the NPV in 24 months will be closer to $500m and fully derisked assuming the approvals come in. The deferred nature of the deal means that the $100m sale price is more like $80m. So i dont see it as a particularly good deal, its definitely better than nothing but would rather CAZ progress the project on their own. Dividends? didnt read anything about that

now that all core assets have been sold or are up for sale, how much have you made on your investment in the last 12 months Milo?

there is certainly potential to create value under both this deal and others but it is unlikely to be reflected in the share price for quite some time
