well Ill eat my words, WFE is in a trading halt and rallied just before, looks like a deal might have been done
surprised CAZ isnt in a halt though, if the deal goes through as planned, CAZ receives $35m, which is equal to their current market cap basically...pretty sure that would be deemed a material announcement
