Here's another article about the issue that also points out that for the takeover to go through they will need 75% approval, and we already have over 20% saying no so it looks as though this one is going to fail.

I agree with Cornhill that the offer is too low and we should stay as a stand-alone entity and just return the cash from Athena to shareholders.
