It was only yesterday i posted on wes i would not buy wow because if things get tough pokies could be a target for govt taxes. What a difference a day can make. If woolworths purchase Parknpay you can't get much better vertical intergration unless you buy a farm which is the risky part of the food chain,I hope wow gets parknpay the largset food retailer in HK with outlets in parts of china.Besides the asian produce what better way to invest in china's growing middle class ,and i know they prefer australian/NZ produce if they can get it. But what really made me decide to purchase some shares in wow was on the parknpay website they had my favourite red 'penfolds koonunga hill shiraz' on special ,which is the only time i buy it at my local woolworths. I hope they get it because of the growing chinese demand for all australian agricultural produce. If not well probably just leave wow in my smsf.
