I reckon the new presentation has to be close.
Spoke with Bahay last night and know that they are nearly there, just crossing the t's and dotting the i's, reading between the line the changes to PCL requirements might not yet be totally finalised and just need to get those over the line before we see it.
In my mind that could be any minute.
A draft is complete.
Now to hit the release button.
