This website is still in development mode - you can tell by the Shopify URL.
It looks half-finished because it is. I'm surprised you were able to find it; those URL's usually aren't accessible via search.
I'd suggest posting this will probably do more harm than good on these threads, especially considering how detail-focused the good longs of PWN can be. They will pull it to pieces as if it was a finished site - it's clearly not.
