Pretty obvious those that were left out of review committee are positioning themselves in a self elected "caucas" to gain some type of relevance.

As elected people they are allowed to form their own personal groups and discuss between themselves on stuff they care about, even if they arn't doing it any any "official" capacity, as deemed by the actual gov.

Look up caucas and look at what other malay caucases have been setup in the past .. You'll quickly find out their relevance

p.s. this caucas is nothing more than a glorified "book reading" group
