"Senator WALSH: I note that, the last time we spoke at budget estimates, you were working to a very tight time frame after the approach to market closed on 16 July. It's some time after 16 July now, so I'm just trying to understand where the time issues are. So the advice has been provided to government, and you're waiting for a decision from the minister.

Mrs Urquhart : Advice has been provided to government. We anticipate that that conversation will continue with government. We're also active in commercial discussions. So, to some extent, we're a little limited in what we can say, but we're more than happy to take that question on notice and just look at whether we can give you more detail."

So it is still sitting on minister's desk.
