CSA and the way it works needs a serious overhall

the system is so unbalanced, its only interested in ripping money out of people who do ok for them selves and redistribute to the plebs.

I am made to pay the ex wife $1,300 per month cash for my 10 year old son. I have zero say on how that money is best used for my son. My ex wife has since had 2 more children now both under age of 5......I know that most of that $1,300 per month is being used to support the other 2 kids.
