Definitely as serious as 51 Capital saw it at the time Sammyall. Perhaps I could have articulated more succinctly that it was the timing of the CR which was executed simultaneously with the Phase 11B results which I thought was probably all about Insto’s and not SH’s. Really disappointed the Phase 11B results had little chance to consolidate the SP at a higher price before announcing the CR.
For what ever reason (and it may be a very good one)the company set the share price up for a fall from $2.15 to $1.27 when it could have waited for the average price to appreciate well north of $2 hence less dilution to the Insto’s and a higher valuation throughout the CR process.
I am NOT SERIOUS in knocking the CR
