In a court-of-law either or both the judge as well as the prosecutingattorney will attempt to "trick" the defendant into misstating theirposition within the court and "capture" the defendant within thecourt's jurisdiction which is technically fraudulent but if the defendant doesnot understand what is going on and can not demonstrate their superioritywithin the court then they are considered by the court (a fictitious entity) tobe incompetent under the law or unable to defend oneself intellectually(they're effectively insane or "evil" under the law).
